Shipping & payment
Bears travel worldwide. How yours will travel and how you pay is agreed individually — different countries have different options that actually work.
Packing
The bear travels in a box, never a bag. It is secured so it cannot shift or be crushed: a soft inner layer, separate protection for the embroidery and accessories, a rigid outer box. Small parts and companion pieces are wrapped separately so nothing rubs on the way.
Timing
Delivery time depends on the country and the service chosen — from a few days to a few weeks. The artist gives you a concrete estimate once the address is known. Every parcel ships with a tracking number so you can see where it is.
Insurance
Higher-value pieces are insured for their full value. This is not a formality: a one-of-a-kind bear cannot simply be sent again, so insurance is mandatory for anything above the average price.
Customs and duties
Any customs charges or import taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer. This is standard for international shipments and is outside the artist's control. If your country has particular rules, it is worth clarifying them before payment.
Payment
The payment method is matched to your country and agreed in advance. Card payment works for Russia; for international orders the method is arranged individually — tell the artist where you are writing from and she will suggest an option that works.
