Who is responsible

tonyateddy.art belongs to Antonina Vakhrushina (Vakhrushina Art). For any question about data, write to me on Telegram — I answer personally.

There are no forms on this site

There is nothing to fill in: the site never asks for or stores a name, a phone number or an email address. Orders and questions go through Telegram and Instagram, channels you choose yourself and which have their own rules.

What is collected automatically

To understand which pages help and where visitors get lost, the site uses Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC, counter 112530033). It gathers anonymised statistics: which pages were opened, how long they were read, from which device and country a visitor arrived, and which link brought them.

Alongside it runs Webvisor, a session recording: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and navigation between pages.

What the session recording does NOT include

It is not video from your camera and not a recording of your screen. Only actions inside the tab with this site are recorded. Recording of input field contents is switched off in the counter settings, and this site has no input fields at all. Recordings are kept for a limited time on Yandex's side and are used only to improve the site.

Cookies

Metrica stores small cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. The site itself does not need them: if you block cookies, everything here keeps working.

Server logs

The server records technical requests: IP address, date and time, page address and browser type. This is standard practice needed for security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept for a limited time and are not used for profiling.

How to opt out

Block cookies in your browser settings or switch on Do Not Track, which Metrica respects. Yandex also publishes an official opt-out: yandex.com/support/metrica. An ordinary ad blocker disables both the counter and the session recording.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop processing it. Write to me on Telegram and I will take care of it.
